Unlike snapshots, portraits made by Barbee's Studio carry with them a lasting value that preserves the present for future generations.  Mr. Barbee has over sixteen years experience as a Professional Portrait Photographer.  His active involvement with several professional photography associations keeps him up-to-date on the latest equipment, techniques, lighting, posing, and so forth.  He is past president of both the Music City Professional Photographers Association in Nashville and also the Tennessee Professional Photographers Association.   Mr. Barbee is also a member of Children Photographers International.

   Mr. Barbee is one of fewer than forty PPA Certified Professional Photographers in the state of Tennessee!  In addition, he's been voted "Clarksville's Best Studio Photographer" in the prestigious March of Dimes "Best of Clarksville" event for the past 12 consecutive years.
